Blair Brogan is an experienced attorney who assists individual and corporate clients nationally and internationally in complex commercial disputes and criminal proceedings.
Ms. Brogan has successfully represented clients in state and federal proceedings throughout Florida and as far as Guam. Ms. Brogan’s litigation experience includes state and federal appeals, international litigation, federal administrative proceedings, health care litigation, False Claims Act defense work, employment matters, as well as complex discovery and trial work in federal civil and criminal proceedings.
Prior to joining the Oberheiden Law Group, Ms. Brogan practiced at a renowned law firm in Miami, Florida, where she regularly litigated in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Ms. Brogan graduated magna cum laude with a Certificate in Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School, where she sat on the Executive Board of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and served as president of the Federalist Society.
Ms. Brogan is licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Louisiana, and Texas and she is admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
