Alina Veneziano advises corporate and executive clients in the areas of securities law, national security, and transnational law.
Education. Currently a Ph.D. candidate at London’s King’s College with a focus on the early U.S. securities markets, Ms. Veneziano previously graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. (Juris Doctor) as well as from New York University, School of Law. At NYU, Ms. Veneziano earned a Master of Law (LL.M.) with a focus in securities law and served as the Graduate Editor on NYU’s Journal of International Law and Politics. Additionally, Ms. Veneziano holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Western Governors University. She also passed the examinations as a Certified Public Accountant.
Practice Focus. Ms. Veneziano is an accomplished author and attorney in the areas of securities law, securities fraud investigations, and the extraterritorial applications of federal provisions. Her research for attorneys and for NYU’s faculty and the New York University’s School of Law and School of Public Health has appeared in legal treatises and leading law journals including those of Harvard, Berkeley, Georgetown, and NYU.
