Andre Shramenko is an experienced trial lawyer. Andre started out representing prisoners litigating their civil rights. He went on to become a civil rights lawyer representing victims of racial discrimination in housing and made new federal common law in this field. After that, Andre engaged in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and litigated brokerage commission cases. He engaged in lawsuits involving oppression of minority shareholders and represented an international trade association of chemical manufacturers in environmental litigation. Andre became a name partner in a law firm concentrating in probate matters involving will contests and contested accountings. He is an accredited mediator of the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts.
