The Honorable Brian D. Miller is a United States Senate confirmed former Inspector General of the United States General Services Administration, former Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, former Assistant United States Attorney, former litigation counsel to the United States Attorney General in his individual capacity, and former Department of Justice Special Counsel on Health Care Fraud.
Government Experience. For close to thirty years, Mr. Miller served in various high-level positions during the President Bush and Obama Administrations. Mr. Miller was trusted to represent a federal judge and the highest levels of Justice Department officials in litigation proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. Initially prosecuting civil False Claims Act cases as an Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Miller also prosecuted federal felony cases. Mr. Miller concluded his remarkable government service career as an Inspector General supervising federal agents, lawyers, and auditors across the United States.

Ethisphere magazine named Mr. Miller the 12th most influential person in business ethics in 2007.
