With ongoing Top-Secret Clearance, David R. White is a highly decorated and seasoned regulatory compliance and healthcare fraud investigator who offers clients under False Claims Act, Stark Law, whistleblower, or kickback investigation more than 30 years of frontline experience.
Government Service. Special Agent White previously served the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG), as a healthcare fraud specialist with the U.S. Postal Service, Office of Inspector General, as the Deputy Chief Investigator with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office (Medicaid Fraud Control Unit), and with the Medicaid Control Unit at the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. Among his numerous awards are the 2023 Inspector General Investigative Team Achievement Award, the 2022 CIGIE national award for excellence, the United States Attorney Award, the Federal Bureau of Investigation Award, four HHS-OIG Exceptional Achievement Awards, as well as countless accolades from the Attorney General’s Office of Missouri.

With a particular emphasis on healthcare, Mr. White was trained in Medical Fraud (FLETC), Fraud and Financial Crimes, Money Laundering (IRS/CI), and REID and DOJ interviewing techniques. He received a Bachelor of Science in political science from Valparaiso University.
