Glenn Harrison
Glenn Harrison is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, former Department of Justice Trial Attorney, and former federal prosecutor. Glenn’s main practice areas are financial offenses, commercial litigation, health care law, and unfair competition.

Anti-Trust. Glenn spent a large portion of his career as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Criminal Enforcement Section. With almost 25 years of high-level antitrust experience, Glenn advises businesses and individuals on antitrust matters arising under the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Federal Trade Commission Act in the areas of restrictive practices, distribution issues, joint ventures, horizontal and vertical mergers, monopolization, pricing, intellectual property, and in criminal defense matters. His distinct background allows Glenn to provide effective and proven solutions to a variety of industries including consumer organizations, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, health care professionals, technology firms, and the financial services industry in their dealings with competitors, the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, Congress, or state legislatures.

Financial Law. While at DOJ, Glenn headed a delegation of the United States government, the Justice Department, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) in an effort to establish a working relationship between different sovereign financial oversight authorities. Previously, Glenn served the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), a Washington D.C. headquartered governmental corporation tasked to maintain and stabilize the U.S. national financial system.

Health Care Law. Glenn has substantial experience with health care law and health care fraud investigations. During his tenure with the Department of Justice, Glenn completed three assignments as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) to assist the U.S. Attorney’s Office in a variety of civil and criminal health care fraud prosecutions. In that capacity, Glenn represented the United States in large-scale investigations involving the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Office of Inspector General (OIG), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to determine violations of the False Claims Act, Medicare and Medicaid laws, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Litigation Experience. Glenn’s trial and litigation experience benefits clients that are plaintiffs or defendants in civil commercial litigation cases involving business disputes, partnership litigation, disputes over breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, securities fraud, tortious interference, intellectual property, unfair trade practices, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and RICO violations.

Glenn is a member of the Texas state bar.
