Biography

Ray Yuen is a recently retired former Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) who offers clients over twenty years of federal law enforcement, risk and crisis management, and Justice Department investigative experience.
FBI Management Experience. Special Agent Yuen’s area of expertise is unusually broad to include both non-violent white-collar offenses as well as organized crimes, counterterrorism, drug and human trafficking cases, and cross-border prosecutions. As a former Special Agent with the FBI, Mr. Yuen directed and supervised hundreds of complex U.S. and international FBI operations including RICO cases, human trafficking, kidnapping, extortion, narcotics, counterfeit, money laundering, and a substantial number of fraud schemes including but not limited to Medicare fraud.
International Experience & Recognition. With top secret clearance and collaboratively with law enforcement partners abroad, Mr. Yuen coordinated major crimes investigations in the United States, China, South Africa, Taiwan, and a variety of European countries. Mr. Yuen received countless U.S. Department of Justice commendations, FBI Exceptional Investigative Awards, and recognitions for serving the Port Authority Police Department of New York and New Jersey.
