Education & Affiliations. Ms. Skeete earned a Master degree in healthcare administration and a Bachelor degree in health administration with a minor in business administration from Florida Atlantic University as well as an associate degree in health administration from Broward College in Florida. Ms. Skeete is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She is also a Healthcare Financial Management Associate (HFMA).
