Terry C. Frank is an experienced civil trial lawyer who focuses her practice on defending business owners, corporations, financial institutions and investors in commercial and consumer litigation disputes.
Client Services. Ms. Frank offers clients the experience of hundreds of state and federal litigation court cases. While her primary practice focus lies on financial institutions such as banks, credit unions and mortgage companies, Ms. Frank has handled plethora of diverse and specialized litigation matters involving commercial litigation, class action defense, consumer finance, shareholder and derivative claims, CFBP and federal/state agency investigations, real estate  finance, eminent domain, adversary proceedings and creditors’ committee representation in bankruptcy cases, and workouts, receiverships, replevin and detinue matters.
Education & Admissions. Ms. Frank graduated from the University of Richmond (Juris Doctor) and the Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia (B.A. Historic Preservation). She is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Virginia, all North Carolina U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts, all Virginia U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
