Biography

Thomas J. Morgan is a former Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, former group supervisor with the U.S. Department of Treasury, and former Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Morgan is certified in Forensic Psychophysiological Detection of Deception, and a certified Polygraph Examiner.

Experience. Special Agent Morgan offers client more than two decades of federal investigative experience spanning various agencies including the Justice Department (DOJ), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the U.S. Department of Treasury (USDT). Mr. Morgan’s unusual broad experience encompasses all aspects and all stages of federal law enforcement including crisis management, search warrants, witness interviews, covert operations, internal investigations, counterterrorism, civil aviation security, and complex financial fraud crimes in the United States and overseas.

Education & Training. Mr. Morgan holds a certificate from the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) and the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute, a Master of Arts from Webster University and a BA of Public Administration from the University of Mississippi. Additionally, Mr. Morgan holds the following training certifications.
